This policy applies to the VPNIH marketing website and user panel. It explains what data is handled to provide subscription services, how it is used, and your rights. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own privacy policies. The no-logs approach applies to network usage data; it does not mean that account, order, and support records never need to be retained.
Account and Order Data
VPNIH does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Account identifiers and authentication credentials are used for login verification, subscription management, and access control. Keep your credentials secure, and do not send passwords or complete subscription links in support tickets.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and related transaction identifiers. They are used to provide subscriptions, verify payments, process refunds, and resolve disputes. When you submit a support ticket, VPNIH handles the issue description, screenshots, and replies you provide. Please first redact personal information unrelated to the issue.
No-Logs Approach and Connection Data
VPNIH does not record which websites users visit through network acceleration connections. It does not retain browsing content, lists of destinations, or browsing histories that could reconstruct activity, and does not use such activity for advertising profiles. Connection logs are not kept as user history records.
Temporary states needed to operate a connection are used only to handle the active connection and are not retained as historical connection logs after it ends. Account-level data on traffic usage and subscription status is used to calculate allowances and provide the service, without website visit details. Troubleshooting prioritizes error messages and diagnostic information that users choose to provide after removing sensitive details.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
Analytics for the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage so we can improve content and workflows. They concern use of this website, not browsing activity through network acceleration connections, and are not used to build cross-site advertising profiles.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions and save login status and language preferences. Authentication information in your browser is sensitive and should not be kept on shared devices for extended periods. You can clear related storage by logging out and using your browser settings. You may need to log in again afterward; this will not automatically delete existing order or account data.
Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment providers, which may handle payment and transaction information according to their own policies. VPNIH uses transaction results as needed to verify orders and provide subscriptions; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords.
VPNIH does not sell account data. When processing payments, providing necessary technical services, or meeting applicable legal obligations, data is handled or shared only to the extent required for the relevant purpose. Before proceeding to a third-party page, please read its privacy notice. This policy does not govern third parties' data handling.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and provide services. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as needed for transaction verification and under applicable legal requirements. Site analytics are kept only for as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or aggregated. Data that no longer has a purpose and does not need to be retained is deleted or anonymized.
To access or correct data, or request account deletion, log in to the panel and submit a support ticket describing the scope of your request. VPNIH will verify account ownership to prevent others from acting on your behalf. Deletion may affect subscription access and access to support records. Any information retained to comply with law or resolve an ongoing dispute will be restricted to that purpose, and the reason will be explained.
Policy Updates and Privacy Inquiries
When data handling practices change, VPNIH will update this page and the last-updated month shown above. Important changes to purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel. Where consent is required, it will be obtained in accordance with applicable requirements.
