Refund Policy

This policy explains VPNIH subscription refunds and how to request one. Submit requests through a ticket in the user panel; the outcome will be confirmed in the same ticket.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. The window starts when the account’s first payment is successfully completed. The ticket submission time is used to confirm whether a request falls within the application period. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied or agree to troubleshooting before requesting a refund.

Please identify the relevant order in your request. Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different billing formats, so order checks are based on the actual purchase record. A renewal, upgrade, or additional purchase does not reopen the refund window for the first payment. For orders outside that window, you may still submit a ticket about issues such as duplicate charges or payment errors, but the no-questions-asked refund commitment does not automatically apply.

Usage and Order Issues

Connecting normally, importing a subscription, or using data does not by itself justify denying a no-questions-asked refund requested within the window. This policy sets no additional data deduction rate or used-data threshold, and the full refund commitment will not be reduced based on an unpublished “excessive use” standard.

Unpaid, canceled, or already-refunded orders have no remaining payment to return. If a payment dispute is being handled by the payment channel, explain this in your ticket to avoid processing the same payment twice. For accounts involving a policy violation or a suspected unusual transaction, VPNIH will verify the order owner and payment record. Account actions and refund eligibility are assessed separately; a refund will not be denied solely because of the account status.

How to Apply and What to Include

After signing in to the user panel, go to the ticket portal, request a refund, and provide the order ID, payment time, payment method, and amount paid. If the order status in the panel differs from your payment record, you may attach proof of payment, masking any personal information that is not needed for verification.

Do not submit your account password, full payment account credentials, or wallet private key in a ticket. No email address is required; requests and supporting materials are handled in the panel. If information is missing, we will specify what is needed in the original ticket. You can provide it there without opening another request. Keep the original ticket so the initial request time can be verified.

Refund Method and Status Checks

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment channel, with the amount checked against the original order. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are returned through the original channel where supported. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, the reason and possible options will be discussed in the ticket first. Funds will not be sent to an account that has not been confirmed.

Refund timing depends on order verification and the payment channel’s processing status; this policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. The ticket will state whether the refund has been submitted. “Submitted” does not mean the funds have reached your payment account. If the funds are still missing after you receive the result, add the details of your inquiry to the original ticket so VPNIH can continue checking the channel records.

USDT Payment Handling

USDT transfers follow a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay; the original transfer cannot be directly reversed. Before processing, confirm the original order, transfer record, receiving address, and network details in the ticket. Do not assume the sending address is the address to receive a refund, especially for payments made through a custodial platform.

Confirm the asset, amount, and refund method before the transfer is made. If network fees or valuation checks are involved, the basis for handling them must be explained first. Unannounced fees will not be used to reduce the full refund commitment. Check the address carefully before submitting it. If a transaction needs to be traced after execution, provide the transaction record in the original ticket.

After the Refund

Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that order end, and the subscription should no longer be used as an active service. Keep the order and refund records and check the returned amount. If you find a discrepancy, raise it in the original ticket so the relevant context is not lost.

See the Terms of Service for service usage rules and the Privacy Policy for how application materials are handled. If you have questions about this page or the handling of an order, check through a ticket in the panel. Do not share payment proof or account information with external contacts whose identity has not been verified.
