Service Scope

VPNIH provides subscriptions to international routes and nodes for cross-border access through supported clients. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client access and subscription details are available through the user panel. Sign in to retrieve a subscription; requirements for obtaining an iOS client are shown in the panel.

Available routes are shown in the panel and may change due to maintenance, network conditions, or resource adjustments. A network acceleration subscription does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites. Use of third-party services remains subject to their regional requirements and terms.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your password and subscription link secure. Do not publish them, share them with others, or upload them to a public repository. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual account activity, change the relevant credentials promptly and request help through a support ticket in the panel.

There is no device limit for personal devices belonging to the account holder. This does not permit multiple people to share an account, resell a subscription, or provide network access to others. You may not rent or transfer an account, or redistribute the service by sharing a subscription.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic in data packages remains available until used and does not expire. Before choosing a plan, check its price, traffic allowance, and billing method. See the Plans page for available options.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and of any region relevant to your use of the service. You may not use the service for unlawful activity. Prohibited conduct includes network attacks, fraud, distribution of malicious software, unauthorized data collection, and infringement of others' privacy, intellectual property, or other lawful rights.

You may not disrupt service operations, probe for unauthorized system access, or affect other users' connections through automated abuse or similar conduct. Network acceleration does not authorize any particular use. You are responsible for confirming that your access and the content you handle are lawful.

Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on factors including your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, destination websites, and route maintenance. VPNIH does not guarantee uninterrupted service or continued access to any particular website, regional content library, or third-party account. Maintenance and significant changes will be announced on the site or in the user panel.

Keep necessary data backups, and do not rely on this service as the sole connection for critical business operations. Responsibility for effects caused by third-party service changes, user configuration errors, or network events beyond reasonable control will be determined under applicable law and in light of the specific circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and Account Termination

If you engage in unlawful use, resell or share the service, attack systems, or otherwise seriously breach these terms, VPNIH may suspend the relevant connection or terminate the account based on the risk. Temporary restrictions may also be applied if credentials appear to have been exposed, to limit further impact.

Where permitted by law and without interfering with risk response, the reason for action will be explained through the user panel. If you dispute a restriction, submit details and any necessary materials through a panel support ticket. Do not include your password or full subscription link in a ticket. Refunds for payments already made are handled under the refund policy and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Refunds

If changes are needed due to service updates or legal requirements, this page will be updated with the revised text and month of last update. Changes that significantly affect users' rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Updates to these terms will not retroactively reduce rights already acquired under applicable law.
